We believe in the simple power of nature: the heat of the sauna, the chill of the sea, and the calm that follows. Our sauna by the shore is more than just a place to warm up, it’s a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
More Than Just a Sauna
You’ll find our takeaway beach café also on the premises – the perfect spot to refuel before or after your sauna and sea plunge. We serve fresh coffee, hot food (bacon sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes and more) and plenty of treats to enjoy whilst overlooking the water.
Whether you’re warming up with something hot or cooling down with something refreshing, the café and it's outside seating are is a relaxed hub for beachgoers, sauna guests, and anyone who wants to soak up the sea views.
Where we are
Our sauna sits just outside the beach shop at Polkerris, perched right above the sand with nothing but the sea in front of you. Step inside, feel the warmth, and gaze out at uninterrupted ocean views.
When you’re ready, the beach is only a few steps away for a refreshing plunge into the water. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting where the elements meet and the sea is always in sight.
Our sauna comfortably accommodates up to 4 people per standard session. When you book a single slot, you’re reserving one space out of four, and other guests may join you in the same time slot. The cost for 1 single slot is £15 for 50 minutes.
If you’d like the sauna all to yourselves, or you’re bringing a group of up to 6 people, we offer a 50-minute private group session for £60.
To book this, simply select the individual session four times within one booking. Once all four spaces are taken, the system will show the session as sold out, ensuring exclusive use for your group.
We provide one unisex changing room for all sauna users. Please keep personal and valuable items with you or stored safely, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.
